Project Overview

Multi-stakeholder working group convening government, industry and civil society to advance Ghana's e-mobility policy framework, fiscal incentives and just-transition pathways under UNEP coordination.

Key Objectives

• Convene a multi-stakeholder working group to shape Ghana's national e-mobility policy and roadmap
• Coordinate dialogue between ministries, regulators, OEMs, financiers and civil society
• Produce evidence-based policy briefs on fiscal incentives, just-transition pathways and local-content rules
• Track implementation progress on national e-mobility commitments and international reporting obligations
• Build institutional capacity through training, peer learning and South–South knowledge exchange
