RCEES’ student placed second in the maiden 2-minute thesis challenge

RCEES’ Second-year student in MSc. Sustainable Energy Management placed second in the maiden 2-Minute Thesis Challenge organized by the Ghana Young Academy and the Agnes Pem Foundation. The organization sought to challenge Master’s students to communicate the significance of their research projects to a non-specialist audience in two minutes. Ali Eliasu presented on the topic: “Techno-Economic Analysis of Municipal Solid Waste Gasification for Electricity Generation.” Ing. Prof. Nana Agyemang Sarfo Derkyi and Dr. Samuel Gyamfi are his supervisors.

Congratulations to Mr. Ali Eliasu for placing the second position and lifting the name of RCEES-UENR. We are proud of you.
