1. Market Entry into Renewable Energy (RE) and Energy Efficiency (EE) for the Productive Sector:

Partnership between The Energy Service Centre of the Association of Ghana Industries (AGI-ESC) and RCEES-UENR to provide hands-on-training to commercial and industrial electricity consumers and service providers in renewable energy (RE) and energy efficiency (EE) under the auspices of the GIZ Market Entry into Renewable Energy (RE) and Energy Efficiency (EE) for the Productive Sector in Ghana project. The duration of this partnership is shall be 14 months [provide the period).

2. Gendered Design in STEAM (GDS) in Lower and Middle-income Countries (LMIC)

Sub-award from Carleton University, Canada on Gendered Design in STEAM (GDS) in Lower and Middle-income Countries (LMIC). The overall objective of the GDS program is to build capacity for research, design and dissemination of gendered innovations in Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts and Mathematics (STEAM), addressing challenges predominantly faced by women in LMICs. RCEES Work Package under the programme is to develop  Energy access strategy for disadvantaged communities in Ghana” period starting from September 1, 2020 and ending on April 30, 2022. The project has offered two scholarships; one to a PhD student and another to an MSc Student.
