Brief Profile
Daniel Adu is currently an Associate Professor at the School of Management Science & Engineering, Jiangsu University, China, and an Adjunct Professor at the School of Energy, University of Energy and Natural Resources, Sunyani with over 15 years teaching and Research experience. He obtained his professional teaching Certificate from Mount Marry College of Education, Somanya in 2007, followed by a Bachelor of Education (Science) from the University of Education Winneba in 2011. He later obtained the Teacher Qualification Status (QTS) as a professional teacher in the UK. Subsequently, he pursued a masters in Environmental Science at the University of Cape Coast and obtained his master’s Degree and graduated in 2014. In 2019 he completed his first Ph.D. in Power Engineering and Thermophysics from Jiangsu University and in 2022, obtained a second Ph.D. in Theology (Leadership and Administration) from Immanuel Bible Institute & Seminary Brooklyn, New York, U.S.A. Prof Adu’s research interest encompasses Renewable energy technologies, CO2 emission, Environmental Management, Energy Management, hydropower, CFD, Research Methods, Operations Research and pump as turbine. His contribution towards the advancement of energy and environmental sustainability are evident through numerous articles in top SCI and EI Journals, along with several authored book chapters. Prof. Adu serves as a reviewer and editorial Board member for various esteemed academic journals. He is a distinguished conference speaker, motivational speaker, and social commentator. Prof. Adu is also a professional trainer and a dedicated volunteer
